As someone that has been paying for a gym membership for YEARS and has never gone, I figured it was time to bring the gym to my house. I was not looking for weights or products that would build bulk... and so I looked into these Core Sliders. BOY, do they give you a burning workout!! I have carpeted floors and so sliding around was very difficult until I tried these sliders. They are awesome!

AT THE GYM I BELONG TO IT WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND THE SLIDERS....SO I DECIDED TO PURCHASE MY OWN...THESE SLIDERS ARE PERFECT FOR HARDWOOD FLOORS....I CAN NOW INCORPORATE SOME NEW ACTIVITIES TO MY ROUTINE USING THESE VERY USEFUL SLIDERS...AND I DON'T HAVE TO WASTE TIME LOOKING FOR SLIDERS AT THE GYM.

They really didn't work well on carpeted surfaces. Yet Disposable plastic plates are way better on carpets.

I wanted to be able to do some of my Pilates exercises at home, so I ordered some different sliders, looking for the best option at the best price. These are hands down the best sliders! I did find a couple cheaper options, but they were, by far, inferior.

They are a lot more flimsy than I expected and they really do not glide on carpet well at all. They have a fabric coating and my home gym is carpeted but I plan to just use these in a different spot on my hardwood floor instead. Just be aware they are cloth covered and they may not slide very easily depending on the surface you’re using.

Worked great, but I’m nervous they won’t last.I have a pair of dual-sided sliders I often use at home (plastic on one side and “foam†on the other). But they don’t glide well on my boyfriend’s basement floor, which is just painted concrete. So I bought these.I used them today for the first time to do 3x20 Mountain Climbers. They worked AMAZINGLY!! Absolutely loved them!! But I noticed in someone else’s review that the nylon wore out and even after just one use, mine have fuzzies. Hopefully they hold up.

Doesn’t slide great on carpet but well on laminate. So if you are on an area rug I’d skip these and get different ones
