If you plan on using these sliders daily then expect to replace them frequently. They work amazingly well for gymnastics programs however you must be careful! They snap completely in half leaving sharp edges of plastic deeming them unsafe.

I bought these to use at the gym when I teach. The classes love them…sculpt, chair sculpt, ab classes…they open up so many different ways to work your body. Great price & value.

My almost 4 year old is in PT and we use them a lot there so I decided to get a set for home. I like the color variation of this set (anything to give a toddler a choice of how to proceed and the bright colors are nice). They slide well, there's enough for the whole family and then some (since I'm sure the our cats will eventually scar up the foam - of no fault of the disc - they run marathons and certain materials just aren't great with claws). Nice set.
