I purchased this misting fan to use at my granddaughters travel softball games. She plays in hot temperatures and all day long. This fan is certainly worth the money. It makes the hot temperatures bearable.

The fan went out the second day I used it otherwise it was fine, oh except one of the misters squirted water/ no mist, the other one's mist was misty!

Couldn't wait to get this to set up on my deck for our hot days in the midwest. Was disappointed after turning on and sitting near it for 30 seconds. I went back to the instructions booklet hoping there was a way to adjust spray nozzle as my clothes and hair were damp in a matter of seconds. You can't adjust the fineness of the spray. It's going back. I think I can get a finer mist on my hose nozzle. If you want to get wet then it might be the misting fan for you. Assemble was a breeze.

This is a very nice portable misting fan. The fan is powerful and I really like that you have multiple settings for both the fan speed and mist. The fan moves a good amount of air on high, though the battery life is only about 3 hours. I wish it was like some of my other fans where it can go most of a day before needing power. The only other negative is you need to supply some water tank, recommended to be a 5 gal bucket. It is nice though that it fits into the bucket for storing, but consider that an added expense. Overall a nice fan, and I will use it when the weather gets into the 90+!

During the summer our days can easily reach into the low 100s and on those days a fan just doesn't do anything to help cool you down. On especially humid days, a typical fan just circulates hot air which is better than nothing but still doesn't help to cool. Misting fans are a great way to actually cool the air but they're usually a hassle to connect a water line, power cord, etc. This portable misting fan from EXIT solves both those problems. Simply charge the battery, uncurl the water tube, and sit on a bucket full of ice water and once you turn it on...immediate relief from the heat. The battery even lasts a surprising long time, the 2 hours estimate for the high setting is a conservative estimate. The quality of the construction was also surprising, a friend of ours has a comparable misting fan from a local hardware store with a "big" name and this fan's construction is equal, if not better, than their fan. The plastic is beefy and the motor quiet. The battery compartment also has a confident closing mechanism where no water will get in. Overall we're super happy with this misting fan and would highly recommend it to help actually cool the air.
