Although it was time consuming to open my Fujitsu S510, it now works perfectly. Expect to spend a few hours on taking down the scanner and putting it back together. I searched youtube for something like "fujitsu scanner roller replacement" to find out how. Take your time. I am somewhat mechanically inclined, so for me, it was well worth it to have my scanner working again. I just scanned something after a month or so, and it works like new.

The rolls are cut along one edge and onc inserted over the entry and exit rolles of the FUjitsu S1500 there is a 3mm gap on each of the rollers. This causes the paper to be pulled every so slightly unevenbly and this causes the scan results to be unusable.

I purchased the roller replacement for the scan snap S510. The tolerance for the rubber to fit in the rod was far too small. If didn't destroy one of the rubber replacements I would have returned it. Eventually, I managed to install it on one set of rollers and ended up using electrical tape for the other set. Also, this if you're not comfortable disassembling most of the unit, you should pass on this project.

Replace the sticky roller on my trusty S510. Disassembling is a pain. Youtube some video of it. The roller is great since it's fairly soft so you can add a little of oil and it will slide on to the shaft with a small amount of effort. Going to buy another set for my backup S510.

Item is a good quality, but very hard to slide on. Had to use scissors as a clamp and use my weight to push it down. It fixed the issue I had with my printer.

Did not work well with fi-5110EOXAs you must cut it, it leaves a gap too large to pull together to get it over the roller bar.

Purchased those rubber rollers to replace the old ones of the Scansnap S1500 : feed rollers and eject rollers .They fit well .I think it is important to know that the replacement of the roller is a tedious work as you need to dismantle a lot of part of the scanner especially for the feed rollers , I did it with the help of the video found on Youtube which was a great help .
