this is easy to use ans install; however, i feel the edge meeting the tank of the bracket should have some plastic on it as a cushion would be better or have the metal concurve with the tank.

This kit includes two stainless steel band clamps, mounting bracket and hardware (screws). The kit is well made and its design offers several mounting options.The stainless steel straps are a major plus, as this prevents rust and extends service life, allowing the straps to be reused. The attaching bracket is solid and machined well (no sharp edges).I am using this kit for my hot water heater. Prior to installing it I am going to add some rubber straps to mount between the band clamps and the expansion tank. The rubber straps would be a great addition to this kit from the factory, but not required.I will note the seller did mention the use of protection between the clamps and expansion tank. This is a nice kit that provides a secure mounting point for various size expansion tanks used on hot water heaters, hot water boilers and other applications.

The mount is great for the price but the clamps are terrible. As soon as you tighten them the screw pops through and it takes forever to get it back in. Ended up going to get better clamps

This was the perfect solution to the jury-rigged mount I had originally. It mounted easily to the wall with the included screws and holds the tank firmly in place. Replacement of the tank if ever required will be a snap.Great product, fast delivery, outstanding!
