This is the first cone that I have found that will stay on and isn't totally uncomfortable. It has saved my cat from scratching her face over and over again. Finally allowing a 3-month-old wound to heal. I had to keep it on 24/7.

My kitty had to have this on due to an injury. I wanted something that allowed him to eat and drink without constantly having to take the collar off and on. I had to do some sew "tacking" to get it to where it would stay curled down so he wasn't dragging it into his water fountain (freaked him out when it splashed at him). But overall.....it did it's job and it was light enough he didn't mind wearing it around. It also prevented him from licking his wound. If an improvement was to be made, I would have snaps or something that allowed the collar to stay curled back when needed.

After a miserable night in cone from the vet and weaseling her way out of it multiple times. We decided to give us all a break during the day and kept a close eye on her. She licked a bald spot above her wrapping!This came and we put it on to see if we needed to secure it more to keep it on her.She went to sleep! So much easier to get it on her and she was able to maneuver much better in it as well.

My sphynx cat suffers from environmental allergies, and needed something that was tolerable to wear. He's been through several other types of cones and this one is by far the best! It's a very lightweight, comfortable material

my cat was able to get out of this within a minute of having it on, even with the string tightened. We didn't want to make is so tight it would have choked him, which was what we would have to do to get him to keep it on. It's cute but better on a dog I think.

My dog is 14lbs and this fits around his neck but the cone isn’t long enough to prevent licking. He could still reach the incision and any other part of his body. I wouldn’t recommend it.

This is better than the plastic cone collar they sent him home with. It is softer and he can lay down and use it as a pillow. He still has a little trouble with it when he goes to eat or drink.
