Good quality--used first thing on a serpentine belt idler way down through things--allowed me to change the belt when I had no other tool that would (without removing a lot of things)

The best aspect of these wrenches is how they look. The black finish and gold sockets are really great looking. The length should help with those hard-to-reach fasteners! The length will also give you more leverage to break free stuck nuts and bolts. The set comes with an organizer that fits in a tool cabinet’s drawer. As others have mentioned, there is no 9mm. It is not a popular size, but they should include it anyway. The combination of some of the sizes on the wrenches also does not go in numeric order, so that might make it harder to find the size you need. For those two reasons, I’m deducting a star. But I still like the set overall.

The Suzume wrenches are a well-made set of extended length, flex head ratcheting wrenches that add a lot of versatility with their extended reach. The flex head hinges and ratcheting mechanism seem very strong, and the ratcheting action is very smooth and feels like a premium tool. The teeth in the ratchet are spaced close enough that it doesn't require excessive travel to function making these useful in fairly tight places, something I found very useful working around the hoses and brackets of my car and the extra length helps to reach hard to get to places. I also found the ratchets to be strong enough not to slip under high torque use like loosening bolts that are overtightened or have some corrosion in the threads. Not only do the Suzume wrenches function well, but they also look and feel like premium tools. The black coating and gold sockets stand out from typical tools and seem to be resistant to corrosion. Additionally, they are packaged in a tight-fitting foam storage tray that fits easily into most tool chest drawers and keeps them nicely organized and easy to find. Really, I only have one complaint about the set; for some inexplicable reason the set skips the 9mm socket and instead has two 10mm sockets. One is included opposite of an 8mm socket, and the other is included opposite an 11mm socket. For the life of me I can't come up with an explanation for the omission of the 9mm socket. Another strange choice in socket organization is that they are organized sequentially up to the 15mm socket and then change to even and odd numbers at 16mm i.e. 16mm/18mm and 17mm/19mm. Aside from the strange omission of the 9mm socket and disjointed organization of the sizes the Suzume wrenches are excellent and make a great addition to my tool chest.

This is a nice set of double ended ratcheting wrenches that is finished in a classic black with gold accents. The set comes with a foam insert tray that allows you to plug and play with your sliding drawers... no need to worry about how to store these. The foam is quite nice and the wrenches fit snugly inside. Each wrench is relatively long. The handles are slim, so that you won't want to apply force along the wrong axis. In its major axis of rotation the metal is going to be strong enough for most uses. I wouldn't abuse them, as they appear more medium duty. The black finish is relatively thin and understated. There are no major flaws on the surface, and by and large the set is clean and free of excess oil. The ratcheting wrings are gold and appear to be made of slightly softer metal. I would classify these as medium duty. The same goes for the hinges, which have nice action but which are not overly large in diameter.I have to test out the power on these ratcheting mechanisms. The angle of application isn't too fine which indicates that they should take reasonable force.

I don’t have a single complaint. The swivel heads are nice and tight, I’d say on par with gear wrench. It’s not stiff enough that you can’t easily move the heads. They actually swivel really smooth.Swing arc is nice and tight, they’ll ratchet with pretty minimal movement, again on par with gearwrench.Fit and finish is excellent. They look really nice in person. I know this doesn’t affect use ability but they really look great. Grip on fasteners is just as it should be. I haven’t used all the sizes but I’ve had no excess play with how they actually sit on or grip fasteners.Foam holder is also nice, I typically toss them and keep tools loose to conserve space but it fits perfectly in my tool cart so I’m going to keep it. My tool cart drawer is 16 3/16 and this fits very snug. I can just get the 19/17mm wrench out.The only thing I haven’t done with these is abuse test them so I cannot speak for long term durability or how much torque they can take before failure occurs.I’d definitely recommend these. I’m overly pleased with this set and I’m pretty nit-picky. They could be an extra 30 bucks and I’d still give them 5 stars.
