I purchased this scanner to test for working with a provider's tablet. The scanner is nice and seems of decent quality. I reached out to support for a PDF version of the owner's manual and they responded the next day with a link as well as the manual attached to the email. The one downside I found is that it seems like you have to wait for it to power off automatically rather than being able to turn it off by pressing a holding a button. I configured the scanner to output like our big scanners and it worked great. I sent it to the provider to test and it would not scan the barcodes on the patient wristbands. I reached out to support again about it not scanning Aztec Barcodes. I then read in the manual that they are supported so not sure why it would not scan them. The next day support replied with a QR Code to scan to enable Aztec barcodes and now it works great. We have only had the scanner for a few days but are very impressed with the product support so far. Highly recommend this scanner/brand.

Looks easy to set up. But depending on speed and shut down time will affect the battery life. I finally set mine for 2minutes and it has good battery life 20-30% a day and I use it most of my 10-12 hour day. Battery life has to be scanned to read. Doesn’t update with connection on my laptop -chrome book

Very easy to use and very lightweight. Battery had an issue of not charging, but the company took care of my issue quickly and sent out a replacement. Companies customer service is quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

Seems like a great little scanner but it will not pair with Square on an IPad. I tried it on my computer as well and it kept pulling it up as a keyboard. I found no support to resolve the issue.

The product won't sync well and when it does it drops connection. The charging port is the old micro usb ( The oldest Model Port). Overall it looks compact. If those 2 issues are resolved and maybe the charging port to use USB-C I would say it's a good handy product. Possibly they sent me the defective item. The seller has reached me to send me a replacement. I will update this review once I get the NEW replacement.UPDATE:Seller has reached out to me and provided me with a courtesy device. I've tested the new one and have t had any issue since. The updated model also has USB-C Charpprt.

Update: February 2020 - The company reached out to me via email and offered support. I was able to pair a new scanner successful to both my iPhone 11 and to my Windows 10 PC via the provided cable and USB Dongle. I am not really sure why it works now or if I was doing anything wrong with the first scanner. This scanner pairs and "re-pairs" successful to the iphone even after using it against my Windows 10 PC. in the last 6 weeks there has been several IOS updates so I'm not sure if that played a factor in it working now. My iphone is now on IOS 13.3.1. The company support was very good. They proactively contacted me and followed up several times. Communications was very good but it is via email that comes in about 1am central time for me.======================December 2019 - The unit paired to bluetooth on my iphone 11 fine and worked as expected. I was also able to scan using the USB cord into Windows 10. I paired the device to the dongle and it worked fine with Windows 10 for a few days. Once I tried to use it with bluetooth again nothing would work. The device would enter bluetooth mode but never connect successfully. I rebooted everything numerous times, reset the device per instructions, and tried every iteration to make a bluetooth connection again - the device would never show up as a bluetooth device in iphone....I even tried against multiple devices but it would never show up. It continued to work (once reset) using the USB cable and the dongle but not bluetooth ever again. I went thru everything in the user manual in detail but no luck. I was going to contact support but saw the only option was to send them an email - that was very disappointing to me - I expect a phone number for a device that wasn't even 3 days old and experiencing issues - I didn't feel like I would get anywhere via email support other then for them to reiterate what was already in the user manual. I returned the device unfortunately. For the three days I had it the unit worked on bluetooth and it did everything as expected. I wish I could have kept it - the size is great and the price was good.

Scanner works great. You can use it 3 ways (plugged into laptop/docking station, Bluetooth, or wireless with the dongle.) When I received the scanner, the dongle was missing, but a quick email to customer service and they send me one right away. I don't use any of the data storage, upload features, so can't speak to that. The scanner does have a good battery life, so far I have not ever had it die on me.The customer service was top notch. Quick responses, followed up to make sure I received it and that it was working.

I brought this for work, because we only had wired scanner's and it was getting annoying having cables running across the room.The first time using this I was amazed. I knew I had barcodes that didn't scan before, either barcode was to tight, covered with Sellotape or was faint. This scanner managed to pick these codes up, and made my life so much faster and easier. One of my colleagues was impressed, he even brought one. Now I need to see if I can get my company to purchase these for the rest of my team.

Bought about 15 of these for staff to quickly scan linear and 2D barcodes at work. They connect quickly with the dongle. Have heard no issues with the Bluetooth pairing either. The team uses these daily and it’s been great.However, one of the units, after a few months of use - the port for the micro usb broke - likely a bad glue job - and is moving around inside the unit. It is now unusable because we can’t charge it.
