This is such a handy, easy scanner. It required no installs or setup to use, I just had to plug in the USB bluetooth dongle. I love the way I can clip it to my shirt or belt for scanning while I'm on the move with the help of the included retractable clip. The battery is fairly impressive for such a little device. I've only charged it once when I first bought it several months ago. It goes to sleep after a few minutes to save the battery from my inability to remember to turn it off.What impressed me the most was their customer service. There are multiple barcodes included with the scanner which allow the user to change what happens after a scan (automatically hit Tab, Enter, etc.). The program we use requires us to hit the down arrow after each scan, which the scanner is not programmed to do, and there was no barcode included to achieve this. I reached out to Netum to see if there was a way, and they quickly replied with the correct series of barcodes I needed to scan to automatically "arrow down" after scanning a product. Awesome.I can't say I had the highest expectations when I bought this relatively inexpensive scanner from Amazon, but all in all, I cannot think of a single thing I would change about this product if I had the chance. It is small but mighty, and has real people behind it.

This is a nice little scanner with a very well thought out design. The user manual has special bar codes you can scan to change the behavior/configuration of the device. Nice! Even better than a build in menu or some sort of configuration setting in an app/driver. Just don't lose the manual! (or a link to its download).The one thing which wasn't apparently considered is a little cavity in the unit to store its dedicated USB dongle. I can see how these two might get separated over time. They really should consider adding a storage socket or something in the next version!(There is a detachable lanyard on the device. So I chopped off the lanyard from the little plastic clip and glued the clip to the USB Dongle. Now the USB dongle can snap on to where the lanyard would hang from the device when it is not in use...)

Have used this at work for a while now with no problems. Always connects and is super fast. Reads every barcode and QR code I've ever scanned. Recommend it!

This item is very nice. It's small and lightweight and comes with a lanyard so you can keep it on you at all times.The programing book and card are very helpful for set up. I use mine via Bluetooth to my iPad, in which the iPad connects into the Square POS dock. So, yes it does work with Square so long as you use the iPad POS version and only that. You will need to set it up though as a keyboard to get it to work. Luckily the setup booklet tells you how to do that.Also, do not lose the set up book or little card that comes in the box. These items have all of the set up functions for the scanner and it can only be set up that way. If anything, take photos and save them on an excel or drive in case you need to reference them for later.

I needed something smaller that the larger pistol grip scanners and this was it. I use it for work and it sans everything I need it to. The battery life is really good as well

I use two of this at our school robotics team to scan QR codes generated by an app we have for scouting during competitions. We need to work very fast and need it to be accurate- works fantastically well. Very reliable, and the battery will last a whole day without any problems.This one is a replacement for an older one we had- the battery on the old one reached its end of life.Only drawback I see is it won't work plugged in, so if for whatever reason the battery is dead, you better have a spare- we do, lol.

Più che soddisfatto da questo prodotto . Oltre le mie aspettative a un prezzo molto conveniente.Legge praticamente tutti i codici 1D e 2D. Si può utilizzare in modalità wireless o con cavo USB.Gia pronto per l'utilizzo se hai una tastiera tipo 'US' altrimenti devi solo settarlo bippando un codice sul manuale (ben fatto con istruzioni anche in italiano). Completo di cavetti e accessori. Lo consiglio.
