This arrived quickly and was exactly what I was looking for. I might be reviewing too early, as I have only used this without weight plates due to being sick since it arrived. I have only been using it just to keep moving.

My concern was with if it was curved enough since I have a curve bar that a bit flat. Definitely worth the money! This bar is amazing!

This black EZ curl bar is solid, with a well-knurled grip that feels secure without being too aggressive—it never digs into your skin. However, I’m not a big fan of the twist-on star nuts. I personally prefer standard 2-inch plate compatibility, but since they market the star nuts and 1-inch plate sizing as features, I can see how that might appeal to some. I found a workaround rather than buying a whole new set of plates just for this bar. It’s probably best suited for beginners getting into lifting, but overall, it’s a good bar—just keep in mind it’s designed specifically for 1-inch plates.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks now and I can’t find anything bad to say about it. The first thing i did was through away the rubber inserts that are supposed to help keep the weights tightened, but I’ve done that with all my weight equipment, so that’s just my two cents. It feels just like the one I used to use at the gym. I’ve been using it for preacher curls and upright rows. It is an excellent value for $37 (at the time of this review).

This bar kind of sucks honestly because it doesn’t stay tightened when weights are on it.

This is a well made EZ curl bar. It feels good in your hands. The "Star Nuts" make it easy to secure weights, but they may loosen if not tightened properly. I like that it's for 1 inch weights since I already had a bunch in my home gym.I did notice some conflicting information about the product. It says "Compatible with 2" Olympic boards". It's not, it uses 1 inch weights. In most places it says it has a 220 pound weight capacity but in the Technical Details chart it says 480 pound weight limit. I don't know which is correct. There may be other errors I didn't pick up.In any case, I really like the curl bar.

The EZ Curl bar was a must have for my home gym. I enjoy the star lugs feature which keeps the plates on securely. Also, I can easily add and remove weight. The non-rust feature is a bonus because my gym area (the garage) is prone to moisture. The quality of this bar is in the knurling grip areas because they make curling the bar easy. This is was and excellent value at the time of ordering (thirty-seven). It functions as intended.
