We had a couple of interior bedroom doors that wouldn’t latch well, and these were so easy to install. The door did not have to be taken off as these just slide around the hinge perfectly. You can’t see them after they’re installed unless you are looking for them and the doors latch perfectly after installation. Excellent product to easily resolve a gap between the door latch and the frame.

This is what you need if your door isn't filling out the opening or is uneven and not latching.It is amazing what a difference 1 shim makes. I initially thought I would need 2 behind each hinge. I did that and it was too much. So I worked from there and ended up with 0 shims on the top hinge, 1 in the middle, 2 on the bottom. These made it easy for my untrained eye.I paid a handyman to fix 2 other doors, it was about $150 per door. This was $1 for a door. It's not the "proper" fix but it's good. Better than those silly hinge bending things.

These are great. Didn't have to remove the hinge screws. These fixed my two door problems and I have plenty left over to share with family and friends..Highly recommend!

Very easy to use and the shims work, I had to use several on my lower door hinge, but they aligned my door, I will use more on other doors.

So much easier than messing with the hinges for hours trying to adjust the door JUST right. You can’t see it once it’s in and they’re honestly SO easy to use and even learn how to use. As long as you have a drill and some common sense you’ll be able to use these just fine. They’re the perfect thickness and even stackable- so if you have a tiny adjustment or a huge one they’re totally usable. Not to mention you get SO many in a package so the value is great. Would recommend!

like another reviewer, one of my interior doors was installed "too far away" from the latch catch, so while the latch was catching, one could just push a little and the door would open. i read about these during my research and based off the reviews, i decided to give them a shot.they fit my hinges properly, but like others have said, the instructions are terrible. once i realized that once you loosen a hinge, you need to close the door as that pulls the hinge "off the frame", insert the shim was a piece of cake. 2 shims on each hinge was all that was needed to allow it the latch to pull catch. definitely a great purchase and probably saved me a fairly expensive call to a handyman.
