The original oil drain plug on my Cub Cadet XT1 was leaking and popping off when trying to open it to drain the oil, making a mess. This was a great upgrade that was easy to install and hasn't leaked one drop since installing it. I'm very happy with this product.

I also had to get an adapter that made it then fit the Kawasaki engine that is on a Z-rider I was repairing.. Had to order the adapter elsewhere. Wasn't shown here. Valve fit fine then..

This is a dramatically superior product to the Briggs and Stratton oil drain valve. In the last picture you can see how the B&S valve failed when my steering arm crushed it. The EZ-110 fits and there is several millimeters of clearance. The installation was a little tedious. I had to unbolt the 4 engine bolts and lift the engine off the chassis with a jack. After lifting the engine a couple centimeters I was able to use a crescent wrench and a pair of channel locks to screw it in. I used some Teflon tape just in case since the thread pitch is a little different on NPT (EZ-110) valve compared to NPTF (engine block). I ran the engine for about 30 minutes after installation and no leaks. The extra adapter cannot stay attached because it does not clear the steering arm, but attaching it is easy enough. I will be buying more of these for all of my other engines present and future.

This did not fit my application and I thought it would. While trying to install it, some of the chrome peeled off the threads. I had hoped this would replace the factory item, but it did not fit. It seemed to be of decent quality but is a little pricey.

Used to replace threaded oil drain valve on John Deere 216 lawn tractor with 16HP Kohler engine. The EZ VALVE is a better design and was half the price of the OEM part. Perfect fit and functions well.An aside from this is that PUROLATOR botched the delivery. Had to personally hunt the package down and prove it was meant for me. Super lame!
