I read the reviews and still gave it a shot. I'm glad I did. I didn't want to spend a lot, but I wanted something to cool the room down that didn't look cheap. Yes, it's not the greatest quality but it's quiet and works great. There are a lot of pieces to assemble but it only took my husband maybe 10 minutes and he didn't complain once about it being "junk". That's saying a lot for him.

Ordered EZ-CHILL 16†Oscillating Pedestal Fan and it was delivered on date promised. Praise to the driver for delivering it to our door in the apartment building. That is much appreciated.The fan is simple, with out remote - which is what we wanted. My wife likes the sound of the fan and the slight airflow. It fits the bill, perfectly.Assembly is quick and easy. No tools required. I inventoried the parts, as I laid them out; glanced at the instructions (not really needed to assemble). Assembled it and had it plugged in and running in minutes.Completely satisfied.

I am having a problem putting the fan together. Even tried to get help. Which still stands as not put together. The worse fan I have ever had. I think because of how unstable it is. Is why I am having problem with putting it together. Do not recommend.

What a great fan. I bought two during prime days excellent value for the money. I have window unit air conditioners, and I put one in front of the unit on oscillate and it really cools the room down and keeps the air circulating. Been a lifesaver during this heat wave we’ve been having all summer.

Positives:The motor works really well.Much more air flow than i ever expectedfrom a fan with its price point. Even on thelowest speed, it pushes/circulates more airthan the previous same style proctor silexstanding fan i made the mistake of paying$75.00+ plus for last year. The lowest speedblows air like its on the highest speed setting.I LOVE that.The highest speed absolutely BLOWS mostother standing fans I've bought in the past,away. Pun intended.The fan was easy to assemble. Took me lessthan 5 minutes to unpackage it, assemble it,and use it.Negatives:The neck of the fan, heaviest part ofthe fan that holds the fan motor hasa very small inner depth well to holdthe adjustable height rod in place.When completely tightened and fixed,it does hold the fan steady and firm,despite that i feel if the well end of theheavier main piece was deeper, it wouldmake for a better construction and fanassembly experience.Other than that, I am very pleased withthis fan. Providing I have no issues withit over the next 30 days, I plan to buyanother one.So far, so good.

Cons:- Box was very clearly opened before, had new tape over the old tape and small hole poked into the sides of the box.- Building it was easy, but the instructions are terrible. The pictures and the words are very small and the coloring of the ink is quite light.- Tightening both the middle and the top of the stand does not work properly, the middle slipped down a few times and the top pops off very easily.Pros:- It’s a fan!- It works!- It’s cheap!Would I buy it again? No.Would I recommend it? Probably not?BUT, if you’re on a budget and looking for a fan like this then it’s not a bad choice. Just be sure you keep it away from kids and pets in case the top gets hit and pops off.

The airflow is strong, and the base is wide, so there’s little risk of it tipping over, even if bumped. The height adjusts down to about 3 feet, and the buttons are easy to push, with a clear difference in airflow at each speed. It’s perfect for providing whole-room airflow and keeping the space comfortable.

The fan is fulfilling its intended purpose. We have been using it for at least eight hours a day, and it continues to perform well. While it is inexpensive, it has exceeded our expectations in terms of reliability and performance. Overall, we are quite satisfied with its value for money.
