Battery Installation
1.Unscrew the battery cover with a coin.
2. As the picture show, positive(+) side up, negative(-) side down, puting 2 LR44 batteries in sequence .
3.Tighten the battery cover with a coin.
Side to Side ON/OFF Switch
As the picture show, switch move to the right to turn on, move to the left to turn off.

this is one of the nicest red dot lasers I have ever seen. It is easy to mount and very easy to zero in. It also uses common easy- to- find button cells. The fact that it is flat makes it less conspicuous and the on/off switch is easy to use. Great product!

I bought this for my Byrna luncher. Easy to mount and to turn on and off when needed. The bad part which I think is a flaw is the on and off switch. In order to turn it on and off you have to slide the switch to the left or right which is ok but when my Byrna luncher is in my holster, personal carry bag or even in the safe case the switch easily move to the on position killing the battery. This is not a defect but a flaw which can be remedy with a press on button or a switch that doesn't slide. Overall it's good.

I bought this knowing "you get what you pay for." It was just going to be used as a training aid, not practical use. Well, the mounting system is less than desirable. It doesn't engage a Glock Rail or standard 1913 rail effectively. leaves a huge gap between the laser and the mounting surface. The engagement points only use little grooves to engage the very tips of the 1913 edges.Even as a training aid on a blue gun, it is inadequate. If you need a laser for another purpose though, like a nerf gun, you might have some luck there.
