Sometimes the limited time for a camera battery gets in the way of using the time-lapse feature. I sometimes use my camera for time-lapse and/or animation. Especially when doing animation where you are moving objects around for each frame the camera is required to be on for a long time. A power supply to replace the battery is a great help. The FIT-POWER DMC was just what I needed. Under $25 and it works perfectly. Just replace the camera battery with the provided insert and plug into the included transformer and you are in business. I recently did a time lapse of flowers that require over 12 hours of time and used this device. Of course you haft to have electric power but if you do this device is a great tool at a very reasonable price.

I have two of these one each for my Lumix cameras, I shoot a lot of longer interviews so it's awesome not having to worry about a battery dying at the wrong time. Don't heave home without one!

Perfect for fixed location use cases. I have my camera on my desk for YouTube videos, so getting this power adapter is a nobrainer. Would work great for other fixed setups like photo studios. No more swapping batteries and having spares at home. Working great!

I purchased this power adapter for my LUMIX G85 Mirrorless camera. Using this with a 4K Video Capture device allows me to stream or record for hours nonstop. The LUMIX G85 camera works well as a streaming device, connecting it to this product has saved me a lot of money in equipment to stream or record high definition video. Very glad I found this power interface because Panasonic doesn’t offer a similar product for my camera. Liked it so much, I bought another for backup.
