First off, I ordered 2 sets of 6 bulbs for a glow dodgeball youth event. Days in advance I took the top two bulbs out of the packaging and tested them. They worked! Sweet, this is gonna be an awesome event! Day of as I began prepping, the two bulbs I tested got installed first because they were still on top. (Pictured) I went to install the next set and nothing! Next set, same result. The entire package installed and nothing except for those first two bulbs. Now you may say, he didn’t know what he was doing or just needed to adjust them. NOPE! I tried combination after combination, twisted them a little, tweaked the way they were sitting in the ballasts, etc and still only those two original bulbs would light! Ultimately had to cancel the event!! Absolutely ridiculous! Still waiting to hear back about a refund on the return I’ve submitted.

5 out of 6 bulbs work fine but one was broken internally upon arrival. Packaging was not damaged.

I bought 2- 6 packs of these for my New Year's Eve party. Couldn't get them to work in my existing fixtures (my white lights worked fine in them). Then I went to Lowe's and bought 7 new fixtures (which was around $350.00) because my party was starting in 10 hours. We brought them back. Took down the old fixtures and rewired the new ones. The bulbs just wouldn't come to full power in any fixtures (old or new). Then, we put one white light in and one black bulb in the same fixture. They both lite up bright. These lightbulbs are terrible. Very disappointed, waste of time of money and the theme for New Year's didn't work out.

The package was not delivered to my address and get shipper was zero help in tracking it down. The product is fine but I don’t recommend the company.
