It came in well packed. Foam inside, double box outside plus an Amazon shipping box. The item is sturdy. It is good to store some valuable items and some important documents.

So this is a cool little safe I do not like it has wheel’s, easy for someone to roll right on out your house ! The voice that tells you what prompts or ask is super super low you can barely hear what it is saying, the smell inside is horrible when you open it. Future don’t buy this not worth the money if you really care about your stuff being safe!

I love the way this safe works. Even though it arrived with a major dent close to the door, it still works great. But it is basically a metal strong box with the door locking mechanism of a Safe. A drill and metal grinder would enter this safe from the side in less than 10 minutes. It wouldn't stop a real thief but would stop a momentary tempted meddler. The finger print access and numerical code access works wonderfully and the emergency key mechanism is solid. I thought it was a little expensive for what I received but I wasn't willing to go $1500 for a true fireproof real safe

Negatives are minimal, but do exist. The shelf brackets are a very flimsy tin kind of material & each must be propped up by the piece just below it. I’m pretty sure they will just tear off if I have to adjust them more than a handful of times. Hopefully I won’t need to further adjust the shelves too many times. The other annoying thing is the cutting placement you must access to program it. They’re difficult access, & even more difficult to find. The buttons are along the right side of the door, which puts them on the backside, (basically inside the safe), when the safe door is open. They’re on the backside when you’r of the open door. I initially thought I was going crazy, trying to find the buttons.Other than those couple of things, it’s a great safe. It’s pretty basic & not at all fancy, but more importantly It is sturdy; durable; secure; easy to open & close; and easy to program, once you can find & reach the where’s Waldo buttons. lolIt’s not too heavy to lift & move by myself, but has enough weight to make it quite cumbersome for a thief to try fleeing with. It also comes with optional mounting equipment. I assume that sticker from my attached picture is in reference to the mounting, but I’m not certain & have no plans for mounting it. The sticker makes no sense though, so I hope it’s not anything I need to address. Overall I’m happy with it & glad I ordered it.
