Well designed with high-quality construction and hardware. Simple to use and clamps well without additional external clamps. The side screws do a good job holding down the ends of the bridge. I inverted the main screws due to a small sound hole and big hands and had no problem tightening the wingnuts; solved a bit of screw turn with needle nose pliers when needed. I would recommend large washers both sides to distribute the clamping forces. No need for the high-priced items from luthier supply houses IMO.

It made the job of clamping the bridge down a lot easier than just trying to position c-clamps. It worked exactly as advertised, I had no problems with the fit, and it was a great value for the price.

I’m a novice at guitar repair so I thought this bridge clamp would be accurate and save a lot of time. In my case the metal bolts barely fit through the bridge holes so I needed to use a Allen wrench to screw then up and then back down. And then when I got it all ready to screw in the top pressure plate the spacing was off and it would not fit. I had used the low and high E string holes. So I had to unscrew everything and move the bolt from the low e string hole to the next hole. I thought it would be a 10 minute job but it took about 2 hours. But the result is great. Strong bond. No gaps. So I’m not complaining. I got a $500 guitar for $100 because the bridge was totally busted and for a $16 bridge, this clamp, some material and 3-4 total hours of time I have a very nice guitar! I’d definitely buy it but I would recommend screwing everything together without glue first to make sure you know how everything fits on your instrument. Just take your time.

I really like the durability left his clamp as well as how easy it is to use. This is my first time researching a broken bridge, but the clamp was self explanatory! There are more expensive versions that I could have bought, but this being made of maple. I thought there would be less chances of receiving additional scuffs on the guitar.I like the clamp and would recommend it!!!

I used this device with one 5" clamp, and a wooden spacer inside the braces, underneath the guitar top. Then I used the two thumb screws to put pressure on the ends of the bridge. Made my life easier, because I only used one clamp.I dont think it's a good idea to use the two screws with washers through the bridge pin holes to hold the bridge down, and put pressure on the ends of the bridge. It could crack the guitar top. Besides, I had to plug the bridge pin holes and relocate the bridge altogether. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, and it was at a great price.

Easy to use & did the job beautifully. This was so much easier than trying to manipulate the long throat clamps through the sound hole.

I Gerry rigged something until I found this one! It's pretty decent and has given me good results. Should include wider washers though. Could help, but not really fussed

I needed to fix up an old guitar. This was very cheap to buy, and worked perfectly. It does hold things very tight and it's exactly what I needed to save an old guitar. Well worth the money.
