My headboard shares a wall with the livingroom tv and upon buying an emf reader I realized I’m sleeping in the worst spot possible in my home. One strip of this on the wall behind the tv and most of my bed is emf free. Eventually I’ll take my headboard down and line the back but I was very impressed with this. I’ve cut pieces to lay over my lap top and phone at night. It’s very functional, seems a good quality, it cut easily and the tape works well for hanging or seems.

I like the weight of this fabric. It was easy to cover a box I made to slip over my generator. The tape that's included was perfect and sticks firmly to the fabric.

To start with if you're looking for material to upgrade your tinfoil hat to protect from the government and your smart meter manipulating your brain (or whatever) this review isn't for you and frankly this product will work as well as anything else you might buy.I purchased this material in the hopes of making a small and inexpensive Faraday "tent" for temporary use while doing some EMC testing. I constructed an aluminum frame and used the "Faraday tape" which was included to make it as RF-tight as possible. Additionally since I had much more material than needed I chose to use 3 layers of fabric for the best possible results.Build complete, it was time to see how I'd done. In my area the strongest ambient signals are FM broadcasts so I started there. The results: nothing. There was *ZERO* measurable attenuation of the FM broadcast band using a standard dipole in exactly the same position whether it was inside or outside of the tent.Thinking maybe this was just not a good frequency for this material I tried various other parts of the spectrum using a local RF transmitter connected to a dummy load. There was a very small reduction as I approached 2GHz but still very far from what one would expect from "Faraday cloth". I don't have the capability to test beyond about 2.2 GHz but I have a feeling it would become increasingly effective as the wavelengths got shorter however as my testing will be below 1GHz this cloth proved useless for me.

I had to transport an X-ray sensitive medical device on vacation so got this to wrap it for carrying in case TSA refused to hand examine. Fortunately not a problem but I was able to exactly cut to fit a wrap that protected my device through its travels. When you cannot fit one of the standard containers this fabric is a terrific alternative. Came very quickly and was well packaged and easy to use.
