I grill A LOT and I grill everything LOL so I've used most grilling accessories. This is hands down one of the best I have ever used. They usually end up with burnt charred or grease on them and discoloration- not this guy! First use on the grill with veggies, washed with Dawn spray and it looked brand new again. The other grill basket ordered (different brand) was also new/first use with veggies, washed with Dawn exactly the same way and it looks like my other ones I've had for years. I will definitely be getting more of these guys! The handles on the side are nice and sturdy too, even completely full of veggies and slightly heavy this thing didn't budge.

Works awesome in the air fryer; wok pre-heated before adding veg/meat. So far have only used twice for making steak and chicken fajitas. It is a pain to clean though; not very non-stick and needs to soak in hot/soapy water for a few hours. Other than the cleaning issue, a perfect accessory!

Min-Wok was originally purchased to use instead of the Ninja cook-n-crisp basket. May not hold as much but is fine for our needs (cooking for 2-3 people) - I have one from Offset we have been using for quite some time and it is hold up well. that brand "disappeared" but just found this FARBERWARE version and it appears identical = so will be given to a family member who is just starting out with the original style FoodiFits in eithr 6.5 or 8 qt version

I live on a river in the mountains in Ca.Using this Wok is great for veggies on the gas BBQ and makes it easy to cook veggiesAnd have fun with family and friends outside instead of doing veggies in the houseBy my self. You can also put meat , chicken on the grill, when cooked can cut it up,And mix it with your veggies also.This Wok measure across almost 11 inches, not including the handles that get hot.The inside bottom is about 7 inches. But this has holes all overAnd up The sides.I cut up allot of veggies in a large bowl, then pour avocado oil and seasonings over , mix it up,And pour it inside this Wok. Avocado oil can take a higher heat then then olive oil can ,And does not get rancid from the higher heat.I then put this on the BBQ but not directly over the flame until the end. The other burnersAre going on medium high. When the veggies are basically cooked then I putThe flame on under it, Gives the veggies a yummy crispness and not burned taste.Although you have to mix this all the time.Don’t forget to put fresh garlic more at the end mixed into your veggiesThis wok is not heavy.I like this wok, but would like it wider, bigger.

This has be the most anti-nonstick coating ever. I grilled some vegetables once and then soaked it. I used a sturdy/sharp plastic scraper to clean without any luck. It is headed for the recycling bin,

I found that this "Farberware BBQ 11inch Round Wok Topper" is the cookware that is the most convenient to use for grilling veggies: zucchinis, bell peppers, portobello mushrooms etc.. Just toss the veggies in olive oil, season them generously, and then just "stir fry" them with this "Round Wok Topper" directly on your grill. They come out fantastic! The outcome is a little different than grilling vegetables directly on the grate, you don't really get any "grill marks" on the vegetables; it is more of a "stir fry" effect, with the BBQ smokiness tho. Using this "wok" is much easier when you have a large amount of chopped up veggies, rather than trying to manage those directly on the grate (or even with a grill mat).This 11 inch Wok Topper is of good size, you can easily do enough veggies for 6 to 8 people. It seems to be well made, carbon steel with a non-stick coating, allows it to be put directly onto your BBQ, and also frying the food in a non-stick fashion. This means that cleaning is easy. Also, this "wok" is dishwasher safe.All in all, this is a great fine, a great addition to my BBQ gear. Good price, nice design, well built and functional.
