Works great on the Weber and has a base on botton that works perfectly on stove. I love this Wok. Easy to clean and food product is great. As I have said before, anything with the "Weber" name on it will be excellent quality compared to Char Broil and others. Well worth the money.

This is larger than my kitchen wok, so I've been using it indoors as well as out. The cast iron really builds up the heat so when you dump food in the wok the temperature doesn't drop.Outdoors, it fits the Weber Performer perfectly, and I can whip it off the Performer and drop the BBQ System grill grate on in a matter of seconds so I can cook a wok dish and then grill some steaks quickly so everything is hot and fresh.

Great product for anyone who likes to grill. being able to do really good stir fry or fry fish and hush puppies and not have the smoke or smell in the house is great. I like the fact that you can use it even without the special grate. Of course it's amazing with the grate as it gets the wok closer to the heat.

Weber's Gormet BBQ system is a great implimentaion of something that should have been introduced to the grilling world years ago. You may find that you'd use only a couple of the possible configurations, but I'd be any of them perform just as great as do the Wok and the griddle. We use primarily those two and both function excellently. Even heat distribution, great taste, and easy cleanup. What more could you ask for?

Be aware there is a rough surfaced non-stick coating on the wok and you cannot use metal utensils on this work. To me it defeats the purpose of a cast iron wok. I have another cast iron wok. It became non-stick after seasoning and I can use any type of utensil on it.

I was very impressed with how heavy gauge the metal on this wok is made from. I now use my wok daily and I find myself picking it first over all my other pans. I use it both indoor on my electric glass top range and outside on my weber grill. It cleans up with little effort.

It works well but is a pain to clean and is very bulky. So large it is difficult to get any smoke flavor into the food

Der Wokeinsatz für den Weber Grill kann ich wärmstens oder sollte ich besser sagen "heißestens" empfehlen. Er wird in die Öffnung des Gourmetsystems eingesetzt und verdeckt dann bis auf ca. 10 cm an den Rändern die komplette Grillfläche. Viel nebendran grillen kann man dann leider nicht mehr. Das ist aber auch der einzige negative Punkt.Der Wok ist extrem schwer ausgeführt. Ist er einmal richtig heiß, dann speichert er die Hitze sehr lange und gard das Gargut schnell. Ideal für Gemüsepfannen oder natürlich auch Wokgerichte. Die Reinigung geht sehr einfach, es brennt nichts ein und allein mit Wasser und ggf. etwas Spülmittel, ist der Wok schnell sauber.Vorsicht ist an den Griffen geboten: Diese sind nicht isoliert und man kann sie nur mit Handschuhen anfassen.Tolles Zubehör, sehr gut verarbeitet und der Wok erzielt richtig gute Ergebnisse.Ich freue mich über jeden Nutzer der meine Bewertung als hilfreich bewertet, wenn diese ihm hilft.
