Heavy duty quality. Amazing nonstick surface. I love the handles that make it easy to maneuver. These are the best baking pans I’ve used. Way better than other, higher priced brands (think Wilton). My cakes bake more evenly and don’t have that middle hump so I’m not having to cut that before layering them up. I do love the crispy edges it produces so I leave the icing off the edge of my cakes for a more rustic look and a bit of crunch factor. I’ll probably replace my 9†and 10†with this same brand and style. Also the holes offer a place for the water to drain after washing. So far I’ve only hand washed these but they wash so quickly without scrubbing that it’s my preference so they’ll last longer.

For the money, an excellent buy. Even in a cranky oven that has hot and cold spot issues, this sheet allows even heat and produces uniform results.It's got some heft to it, but I wouldn't call it heavy. Just comfortable.I know it's nonstick, but I always use it with a layer of parchment paper, so I can't speak to the quality of the nonstick finish/easy clean.I just know that I'm thrilled to have it, and the cookies always come out looking like I expect them to.

Finally have a cookie sheet that will fit on one oven rack. My oven is 30†and I have always had to put cookies on 2 cookie sheets and 2 oven racks to bake, then I had to switch cookie sheets to get an even bake. What a pain. This one cookie sheet is BIG. I can bake all my cookies on this baking sheet using only one oven rack. It’s great. If you have a 30†oven, it’s a must have!

I was tired of my cookies breaking while trying to transfer them to cooling racks because of the side walls on my baking pans. My husband bought these for me. Non stick, bakes evenly and no more cracked cookies when transferring to the cooling rack! Love it!

Es una bandeja muy ligera y no se pega el producto a cocinar. Al tener espacio de aire, facilita que la temperatura de contacto con el producto sea más uniforme.El único detalle es que se puede doblar/deformar fácilmente si no se mantiene en un lugar totalmente plano o si se trata con brusquedad.La recomiendo.
