Got the job done with ease! I used the tool to install a bathroom faucet. The water supply lines that attach to faucet run under and up behind the sink in a super tight space. Wrenches do not fit. I spent more time than I care to admit attempting to tighten with every tool in the arsenal and it was not tightening adequately. After finally getting it done and after all the struggling, I discovered the h20 supply line was faulty. LOVELY. Soooo, back under the sink I had to go! I purchased this tool, waited a day until it arrived, and had the job done within 10 minutes. It was SUBSTANTIALLY easier, less stressful, and I felt confident I could get the lines good and tight so there won't be any leaks in the future. BUY THIS TOOL. It's not commercial grade at all, but I imagine it will last a regular homeowner a lifetime.

I bought this to tighten the mounting ring on a Pfister Ladera faucet. It's a large plastic, 6-tab ring on the underside of the sink that goes up against the bottom of the sink to secure the faucet handles. It's got a supply line and a line that goes to the spout connector running through it, and like all faucet connections, is awkward to get at. I was hoping to tighten it up so the faucet wouldn't travel beyond 3:00 and 6:00, without having to disconnect either of the lines to and from the handle. The open side on the tool was promising, so I bought it, but at least on my faucet, the tool wouldn't fit over the supply line connections. So, I ended up having to disconnect the supply line to the handle. That didn't take much effort, but I'd still hoped to avoid it, and had bought this tool for the purpose. Once the line was disconnected, the tool did its job just fine.Notably, the tool is described on the product page as an 8-in-1 tool, but the packaging calls it a 4-in-1 tool. I expect the arithmetic problem is because the 8 includes the four different tab basin nuts it'll handle as separate tools. I compared the tasks the product page says it will handle with what's on the package, and found nothing missing. So, fair enough, but it's still a little disconcerting to get a tool with a packaging discrepancy. Finally, the instructions on the back of the package -- important because they tell you which of the inserts, and which end of the tool perform which function -- are both thin and typo-laden, as if translated from another language, and not proofread by someone who reads English. But the pictures mostly make up for that. So, all in all, it did turn the nut I had in mind, but not without a little more effort than I was hoping to expend. No tool can work on all manufacturers' products, of course. I get that. Hence four stars.

This is a great tool when working on faucets. I never knew a tool like this existed before. I always hated it whenever I had to work on a faucet. You have to work in tight places and the nuts are always so hard to get at. This tool makes it so much easier. It is easy to use and all the different things it can do makes this faucet tool a tool you have to have!

I've only had this tool for a short time and haven't utilized all its stated capabilities. However, it was just the right tool to do the job I wanted it for. I needed to fix a slow drip in my kitchen faucet, but I have a bad back and leg joint issues. I was unable to get to and turn the water off under the sink. Rather than calling a plumber, I came across the WREOW Faucet and Sink Installer tool. It was a great price, less than $20, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. This tool helped me reach the knobs with little effort. For way less than the cost of a plumber I was able to complete the job myself. I highly recommend this tool.

Works well but with I would have bought the same product that includes the next sized that fits the larger nut for pennies more

Good concept, copy of ridgid, but a very very low quality copy. Very brittle and broke the first time I used it.

I had a few plumbing issues arise simultaneously (ain't that just the way...). My most pressing, and least favorite one involved contorting my body to fit under the kitchen sink, and reaching up with my smallest wrench, with only a fraction of an inch's worth of space to loosen the super-tight nuts on the underside of the leaking faucet that needed uninstalling. And I dreaded that same bit in reverse for the installation of it's replacement. Fortunately, however, I stumbled upon this tool and OMG! I have never had a manual tool take so much burden off of a task. It extends your reach, grabs hold when seated properly, and even though the body of it is plastic, it's sturdy enough to effectively allow you loosen/tighten several different kinds/shapes of nuts -- especially useful for ones that are high up on long bolts. It literally took about a minute to unscrew both nuts - the plastic wingnuts and the 1/2" hex couplings for both the hot and cold supply lines. And about the same for tightening the new install. What?! Insanely, I actually began the next task immediately, armed with my new best friend! I would absolutely recommend this fantastic tool.

It's definitely not as sturdy as the RIDGID tool as it twists easily but for DIY use it's ok. At just over half the cost.

It does what it needs to but could be a little thicker material as intends to spread on faucet nuts

This is bigger than what I expected but it will get the job done.
