Bought the call to see if I could get the Quail around my neighborhood to respond and it worked GREAT!!!Only after a few try's I began to get responses!!!! Next thing we knew we had Quail visiting our ground feeder in the backyard!!! AMAZING!!!

Used this call for the first time this season and had really good results. Was able to get multiple coveys of quail to call back with this. Kinda flimsy and the sound/call is a little off and can sound kinda cheap. But overall it’s a good call that’s easy to use and effective

This call is exactly like the homemade calls from old timers when I was a kid. The sound is perfect, but you need to maintain and adjust the rubber band every so often to keep the sound right. Or change the rubber band. And that’s okay. I have had quail answer every hunt at one point with it.

Went out to the desert on an afternoon hunt just a few days ago in the cold and wind. Didnt think Id find any birds. I tooted this call the best I could and heards some Gambels peeping not far away. Found a covey of about thirty birds. Not sure they would have responded with peeps if I didn't have the call.

Bought for last year's quail hunt. We were after Mearn's and Gambel's. Both responded directly to the call. We were able to call in covey's consistently throughout the hunt. We had tremendous success both seasons with using this calling wild quail in the az desert.
