The measurement shown on the sasher, is the finished size of the strip being made. Cut the fabric strip twice the width of the chosen sasher size.

The presser foot wouldn't work for my machine and the pins were the pits. I bought this for the bias strips and it's fine.

I ordered this kit only because it contained the presser foot as well as the sasher tools, but it arrived without this item.
