These are poor quality, they don’t fit very well in the awning arms and are very loose. They also can’t handle very much tension. I was better off with the old rusty ones but a threw them out when I got these. Would not recommend.

The nut did not fit in the channel of my A&E by Dometic awning. The original nut is hexagon shaped with a diameter of 13/16" . I used a grinder to reduce the width on two sides of both nuts. Tapeing the nut to a length of wire helped keep it in place for installation in the channel. Once installed it works well.
