I bought these dumbbells to rehab an injured shoulder. You adjust these by twisting one pound weights off and on. You can twist off one, two or three weights in one action. It takes very little time to adjust. The weights are comfortable and stable.

Good little weight set but the latches to secure the additional weights to the bar is a bit sketchy and I dont entirely trust them. The grip feels really good and the weights are accurate. This is honestly a great little set for the price and isnt overly bulky for storage. Great beginner set for someone that is wanting to get back into lifting or someone that it just starting on their journey.

I work out most days and love this set. I love how much space it saves, feels safe to use, and easy to click the plates on and off instead of spinning a hex a million times. I spent hours looking for a good solution that A. Was safe, B. Could adjust weights easily (no spinning a hex ring over and over), C. Didn't smell like industrial factory chemicals. This fit all of those boxes and I'm so happy I bought them.

I workout 7 days a week. This design offers multiple weight options without having five sets of weights. I really like the comfort and the design which allows great stabilty for plank with weights. Good quality.
