This new range of FELCO folding saws has been designed to meet the needs of professionals. However, it is also perfectly suited for pruning in the garden. It offers several saw blade geometries, adapted to different pruning jobs: vineyard, landscaping, arboriculture or simple pruning. The teeth have been optimized to facilitate chip evacuation, while the chrome plating of the blades reduces friction and increases performance. The tip of the teeth is heat treated by impulse to increase the hardness and thus the longevity of the blade, while the handle has a soft touch coating offering a perfect grip and always keeping your hand in perfect position. All FELCO saw models are suitable for both right and left handed users.

I have been a commercial landscaper and nurseryman for 41 years. Felco saws and pruners are by far the best. Under Amazon's product description it says the country of origin of this saw is the Republic of Korea. I do not think this is correct because they have always been made in Switzerland which is why they are so excellent. ,About 15 years ago one of my managers ordered a dozen of a substitute, I believe it was Corona, for all of my crews to use . He was thinking he would save me a few bucks. That was a disaster! The substitute didn't cut as well and they fell apart after a couple weeks of heavy use by the crew.

The folding feature makes it a good tool to have on ones belt while up topping large trees. Sometimes it is easier to reach out with the small hand saw than to reach out with the chain saw. The seller shipped these quickly and I am already using them up in the tree! The blade seems to be holding its sharpness so far! Of course, it is a Felco so that is expected!

Einige Bäume im Garten, die auch hin und wider mal geschnitten, ausgedünnt werden müsse. Um nicht immer die Kettensäge anzuschmeißen, habe ich mir eine kleine Handsäge gekauft.Als alte Gärtner kam natürlich nur ein Felco in Frage.Diese Säge ist extrem scharf und schneidet auch etwas dickere Äste ratz fatz durch.Die Schnittflächen sind sauber und nicht ausgerissen, ausgefranst.Die Felco liegt gut in der Hand und läßt sich somit sehr gut beim sägen führen.Von mir bekommt die Felco volle 5 Sterne und eine Kaufempfehlung.
