First of all, this is the perfect foot rest for me. On the highest setting it helps me remember to sit up straight and allows me to keep my chair as high as I like it. I love it.Second, I don't understand some of the negative reviews. One said it's not smooth, but mine is. Some have said it's cheap, but you chose to buy a $15 dollar product. It is exactly what you pay for and what you paid for is good. It's a basic level product with no promises otherwise.Third, some have complained it doesn't stay at the level you want it. In the description it is stated it's on a free floating platform. This is one of the reasons I bought it! I had one that didn't tilt at all and I would tilt it with my feet without realizing it so this one is perfect for mt. If I don't want it to move every once in a while I can shove a tennis ball or something under it since I chose to buy one that moves.Fourth, some said it broke after a few months. I can't help but wonder how much pressure these people are putting on it. One person said it should be able to take some pressure but as I'm sitting here typing this I'm paying attention to the amount of pressure I'm applying and it's just not that much. If you're putting enough weight on it to break it then you're using it wrong. Most of your weight should be carried by your chair.I'm a happy customer and assuming I use it properly, I expect it to last a long time.

I really love this foot rest. This is the 3rd one that I have ordered. I have used the other two in different offices that I have worked at. The newest one I ordered was for my home office. I have used nicer and more expensive footrest, but I do not notice a huge difference to warrant spending that much extra money. The footrest is adjustable, and has two height positions when parallel to the ground it is 3 1/4 inch, at the highest tip is is 4 1/2 inches. The footrest is manually adjusted, it can moves back and forth but does not slip out of place. The footrest is very light and can be taken with you, because it does come in two pieces. I am 4' 11" and I feel that the height works well for me. It makes sitting at my desk more comfortable. I enjoy the textured surface (only at home) it helps massage the soles of my feet. I enjoy that it tilts back and forth because it gives my feet something to do. The footrest is easy to use and no fills. It is a great price and made out of recycled material. I recommend this to anyone looking for added comfort while working at a desk.

If you're worried about ergonomics this is a great companion for good posture.The foot rest is light and the plastic feels hollow and cheap, however, it works very good once you set it.I had a bit of trouble setting it up correctly initially, but once I got the hang of how the adjustments work, it was very comfortableDefinitely helped my posture.I recommend this item for the price, but the build quality leaves some to be desired.

I have been having terrible back pain and my Dr told me I need to get a foot rest. I saw this one and it looked very sturdy and exactly what I needed. Since I received this it has been a lifesaver. My pain has gone away and I sit more comfortably at my desk!

The product was perfect for my needs, but it broke after 3 months use. There are plastic flanges to hold the platform in place and they have broken off and I can't see any reasonable fix for it.

They had these in my office they were always breaking I thought it was from overuse. so when I moved home I bought one because I loved it when it worked. Yeah, I had it for 3 weeks and the tabs broke and no longer work.

Da ich bei längerem Sitzen am Schreibtisch Rückenschmerzen bekomme, wollte ich ausprobieren, ob die Verwendung einer Fußstütze hilft. Diese Fußstütze ist stabil, höhenverstellbar und die nach vorn und hinten frei bewegliche Plattform bietet die Möglichkeit die Füße und Beine zu bewegen und zu entlasten. Das Sitzen ist sehr viel angenehmer bzgl. der Füße, Beine und des Rückens.Ich hatte verschiedene Modelle zur Auswahl bestellt, diese waren meist schwerer und/oder extrem unhandlich und kein anderes hatte diese frei bewegliche Fußauflage.

Il fisioterapista, visto il lungo tempo passato alla scrivania e al computer da mio figlio, ha consigliato di usare un poggiapiedi come questo. Senza cercare prodotti costosi, questo poggiapiedi la sua funzione la svolge egregiamente. Sarà perché è quasi appoggiato alla parete, ma i piedini antiscivolo fanno il loro dovere. Comoda l'altezza regolabile a due altezze e la funzione basculante. La speciale superficie con rilievi massaggia la pianta dei piedi e aiuta la circolazione . Nella confezione originale arriva da assemblare , ma in pochi minuti riesci a renderlo pronto all'uso. Una cosa: essendo il poggiapiedi abbastanza largo, e avendo mio figlio una sedia su quattro ruote, deve cercare di sistemare le ruote ( mettere il lato lungo del poggiapiedi tra le due ruote) per poter tenerlo vicino al corpo e non dover allungare le gambe. Ma con una sedia con quattro gambe il problema non si pone. Consigliato per ridurre la pressione nella parte posteriore della schiena e migliorare la postura.
