They're never included in the valve cover sets. Worked like new.

Got tired of the flimsy overpriced Valve cover bolt grommets on my 1987 supra with a 7M-GE, so I went with these. the handle the torque load MUCH better and don't deform under factory torque. Plus, since a 7m only uses 12 total, you get 4 spares!

So I was gathering some parts to replace the gaskets and seal up the rocker covers on my '02 Subaru Outback h6, and upon reading the FSM, consulting the forms, looking it up on RockAuto, searching Amazon and even calling the Subaru dealerships to see if I could speak to tech, which the parts department guy very much sarcastically told me that they were far too busy for the likes of me and proceeded to offer to sell me grommets for $6 a piece.Ever replace the valve cover and the bolts did not have grommets to go on them, between the valve cover and the bolts? Well even though Amazon said this was for my vehicle, they where absolutely way too small for the bolt. So I went sans grommets and no leaks, when I did get the info from the technicians mouth, he told me some of them have grommets and some don't, so just follow that pattern and should be good.Oh yeah the grommets, the review for the grommets. Pretty high quality grommets, your car needs them, they would be a good choice to utilize, GOOD GROMMETS, but if your car doesn't, forget about it.

The inner bolts on my srt4 valve cover always leak on my valve cover so I decided to see if these fit and they do! I have a stainless valve cover bolt upgrade from DCR and the gromets in that kit didnt fit and didnt seal the holes well.

The package that I received, had previously been opened and one grommet was missing. I suppose I could have asked to return the purchase but I was in a hurry and did not. The rest of the grommets were OK.
