I needed a rug gripper because people kept slipping on my area rug and I really liked the felt side helps keep the rug part and rug cushion in place, it’s not 100% but you’d really have to pull on it to move it out of place. The grip part seems to work really well unlike the cheap mesh kind. If you don’t mind spending a little more on quality, I’d say give this one a try! I also like that it’s accurately measured!

Have spent two years with a rug on lvp flooring at our front door and multiple times a day having to straighten the rug out because it slid when dog ran to door. We had one of those tan rubbery waffle-weave pads under it and it did absolutely nothing to hold it in place. Bought this one last week and it is BLISS! Completely stays put on the lvp and holds the rug to the top of it! Love the little bit of extra padding too that makes it feel more luxurious. No smell when unpackaged and the creases from shipping were gone by the next day after laying down.

The rug pad is perfect for the wool rug I purchased so it doesn't move around a lot. It looks like it's well made & will last a long time.

Well, it still slips on our varnished floors, but not nearly as much as the tired waffle-style rubberized mat we finally were able toss.

I ordered the 2 ft x 10 ft runner. It holds well to my wood floor, but it does not secure the rug. The carpet slides around on top of this. I had to get carpet tape to hold the carpet to the gripper pad.

Fit great under to carpet. Wonderful cushioning and great value for the money. Definitely slip resistance on LVT floor. Excellent quality and easy to cut with scissors.
