This pad is simply a large piece of felt to protect your floor under a rug.. It was a bit wide for my 5x7 rug. It is not very thick.The pad is nice if you simply want something simple under your rug with furniture on top. Without furniture on top the pad will slide around.

While delivery took awhile the end result was a nice 8x10 carpet pad that is great under foot and my Sun Rook flooring is much more comfortable

I ordered this to put under the rug in my RV to help keep my floors a little more insulated in cold weather.It's large, which is good, and it was easy to cut to fit. It's about 1/4" thick and stiff, I can definitely feel a difference underfoot. It's smooth and plain on both sides, so I'm not sure how it's supposed to help with slipping, but I pretty much have it wall to wall in the tiled section of my RV, so I really don't have any issues with slipping.Overall, it's a good quality pad and works great for my use.

What this nonslip rug padding, and truth of the matter, this is false advertisement because my rug still slides like there was nothing underneath ended up keeping it because I’m so tired of sending things back to Amozon. I figure I would just buy another padding and put it underneath it so it doesn’t slide very annoying.!
