I lied. It's not "perfect". It was too loose; apparently the regular-sized Squier Strat takes a larger tip than the mini. Was I discouraged? I was not. I cut out a small piece of the plastic bag the tip came in, draped it over the top of the pickup selector switch and pushed the tip down over it - smooth as proverbial silk!It feels solid, and with my workaround, it holds snuggly to the switch. It was a huge improvement to the switch without the tip. Added bonus: there were two in the packet!

fits perfectly, make sure you have the right switch. alpha/import switches will not work, i repeat they will NOT fit with those kinds of switches, mostly squiers and other lower budget guitars. oak grigsby and crl switches ONLY, anything other than that the switch tip would be too wide, better off buying from kaish or musiclily, which are more designed for squiers and whatnot. perfect for genuine fender guitars and clones that also have crl/oak grigsby switches.

This Strat switch tip fits Made in USA Strats with CRL switches perfectly. The blade on these switches is wider than the blade on import switches typically found on Squier Strats. If it is loose, you should have ordered a different switch.

I got a set of black volume/tone knobs, pickup covers, and this knob for my 2001 Mexican Fender. Everything fit from that other kit except for this part, so I had to buy this one. It is a Fender part in a Fender package, and it fits perfect. Came in a pack of two.
