Your cart is empty.FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) holds its shape under stress and high temperatures better than PTFE. FEP has a temperature range of -320º F. to +400º F, is FDA compliant, and meets UL 94V0 for flammability. Ideal applications for this fluoropolymer are 3D printers, tank and pump linings, UV applications, and gasketing and mold release. These materials offer excellent electrical insulation, chemical resistance, weatherability and low permeability. Manufactured in the United States. When using this FEP Film with 3D printers we strongly recommend using at least 5 MIL or 10 MIL thick film.

I bought this to replace the deteriorating film liners in the resin tanks of my MoonRay SLP 3D Resin Printer. Works Great! Much better than paying $200 each for new tanks when the plastic and glass parts of the ones I have are still in good shape!

This works well for 3D printing VATs that stretch FEP film. I am able to get a good seal and a tight stretch without it taring at the screw-holes.
