I plan to use these as keepsake boxes for my kids. I love that the keepsakes will be protected from the elements should disaster strike. I had ordered one to try out and just ordered another for my other child!

All features above deserve high rating, but I am not 100% pleased with this item. It's a bit early to say how sturdy or water resistant this box is. It came within two days of ordering, and it does seem to be really well constructed. I was surprised that it does NOT include file folders, as they are pictured with it, so I just assumed. However, I will have to purchase them separately, which of course will add to the cost of using this storage system. The box I got does have one small flaw on an edge, where it appears the fabric has been abraded,a spot only about the size of a pencil eraser, so It isn't worth making a fuss or sending the box back. The locking system isn't veriy user friendly---not terribly easy to insert the zippers into the locking device, but it does work.

This box had a rip in the seam. Did not feel like going through thr returning process. Was disappointed.

I ordered 3 of these - at first I thought they'd be a good solution but if you are buying them for the locking function I'd recommend looking elsewhere. The locking mechanism is of very poor quality.. one doesn't work at all and the other 2 are very finicky. If the fire/water resistant features are of the same quality I'll be in trouble.... hopefully I'll never know for sure. Anyway, for the price I'd have been better off getting a real file cabinet! Would not recommend.
