In South Texas a properly working air handler is a must and can be a life saver.When I first ordered these, I was sent the incorrect size and had to return after it was discovered by my a/c guy that they wouldn’t fit. Imagine my surprise since I ordered a box of six, six months before it was time to have the handler tuned up before the Dog Days of South Texas cursed us with its heat.I have 2 dogs and one cat so the fur and bare hardwood floors - the fur is something I can never keep on top of.These filters do an excellent job of filtering the air from fur as well as other air particulates. My a/c runs like a champ and is very cold. Installation was easy and the construction seems okay. For the price they are a good value.I will definitely be buying more of these.

We had these air filters on Subscribe & Save and have been using them for a while now and when we changed the filter tonight we noticed the old one was not dirty at all after two months!!! I could not figure out why. When I looked at my order history I can clearly see that they changed the actual size of the 20x36x1 air filter from 19.75x35.75x.75 to 19.50x35.50x.75. This small change made the air filter useless as the air bypassed the filter completely! Now I have two air filters that I have to throw away and can no longer use as they are completely ineffective. Don't waste your money!
