I love this shower head. My skin is so soft and my hair does so well. I had it for 3 months and the plastic pieces cracked. Customer service was amazing, quickly responded to the issue and I had a new shower head on my doorstep in two days!! I can't be happier and every time I step in the shower it is truly a spa experience!!

I bought this as a replacement for this exact brand shape model shower head, the previous one I used for 2 years, I like that it has a stop function, it allows me to save water easily, easy to use and install, I like the shower head and will replace it again, if need be, though I don't think it will anytime soon

It is a good looking and good quality item, gifted it to a friend of mine.Bought one for myself last year, works well so far. The only thing which is a bit in a way for me, that's why 4 stars, is the pressure button, which I do not really need. Guess most people do.Wanted to order one without it, but the company didn't have that option.Despite that ordered it because it is a good quality, belonging parts and replacement beads included. Customer friendly and generous. Shipping was timely too!

So we bought this, it provides great pressure and does give cleaner water that's not harsh on the skin, however, it cracks over time. I want to keep it, but we are on our second one within 6 months of each other and had the same result.Update: The seller contacted us and offered replacements. I will update more if received.28 Feb 2024We received a replacement free of charge. The company has great communication and really wants to satisfy the customer. The product is great! The material could use some work, but for the price paid coupled with the great customer service, it's worth it.

Wife loves it. Her skin isn’t as dry. I can’t tell the difference. Here’s the problem. The water blasts out of the head in a straight line with a lot of force. A whole lot of force! It does not spread out like a regular shower head. Seven feet away, the water is hitting the floor in an 8 inch circle. That’s it! You have to move all over the place to get wet or to rinse off. The outer portion of the spray is just a bit more than mist, moving fast, and is ice cold 2 inches away from the head. I have to set the water temp a lot higher than my normal level. IMO, the spray should cover a large area, not try to blast your skin off and not generate a freezing water barrier around it. I would suggest not getting this. Yeah, the Japanese girls make it look awesome, but it’s not.

I gave it 3 stars because I Loved it while it lasted. The attached hose lasted 3 weeks and split apart. We had to put our old hose on which worked fine. Seemed to get clogged a lot. Soaked in vinegar to clean and would last a couple weeks until it had to be switched. Comes with extra filtering balls but I’m not even sure they really do anything. The pressure was great but it’s all plastic and just didn’t last. Started shooting water out the side last week and I had to duck tape it to last until another one comes. Bought it in Oct 2023. Great for a quick fill in but not long term.

I ordered and I received a low quality shower head that cost 55 ep! Nothing relaed with what you see in the product picture...no hose, no water pressure botton in the head, nothing...just the simplest plastic low quality showr head with a few balls inside. THIS US A FRAUD AND I WILL BE WAITING FOR RECEIVING MY MONEY BACK
