This shower head isn’t bad.I’m a tall guy, 6’5, so I need a rain style shower head and one that sits high enough for me to stand tall and take a normal shower.Now, the pressure is good. It’s not amazing, but not horrible. Definitely comfortable enough to shower under. I wish the extension was longer or the head had more adjustability for angles since it’s pretty much maxed out and angled a bit instead of sitting straight down.The shower head can work with the rain head but you have to move the rain head a bit to the size for both of them to hit you. Otherwise shower head hits the top of rain head.Pressure is good in shower head but not phenomenal. It works.With everything super tight, shower head still moves if you try to move it. When it’s hanging there and working, no issue. If you hit it with your hand it may bump out of place easily, even when fully tightened.Shower head sits loosely on its bracket. Wish it was sturdier. Like means the bottom part of the shower handle jagged or something so it can sit solid in the mount instead of wiggling loosely.About 3 pieces (idk what they are called) where water comes out of the rain head (3 corners) just drop when it runs. Doesn’t have a full stream of water coming out.Solid install. No leaks from me. First time doing a shower head on my own. Use enough tape and you’ll be fine.Working fine but these minor inconveniences really downgrade the score for me unfortunately. Solid for the price, but there may be a better dual system. I just won’t bother to look cause I’m content with this one for the time being!EDIT: 9/7/23The company reached out to me to help with anything I had going on. They sent a new extension out free of charge to see if the shower head can sit higher than the removable shower wand and it did! The two piece extension works WONDERS to give it that rain style of shower!I also was told I installed the shower wand wrong because the screw point was reversed.Once I changed the wand around it sits flush and perfectly still when on the mount!I have had this shower head for a while now and I absolutely love it! Wish I could fit a much bigger one but this one is great for my small style bathroom!Thank you to the company for reaching out, as they were trying to contact me for months until I realized this! Thanks to Jennifer for contacting me and being very helpful with the process and helpful with the instructions! Everything about this shower head kit WITH the extension they replaced for me, the customer service etc… have to bump my review up to 5 stars. For them to take into account my issues and attempt their best to get it resolved says a lot about the products you buy from the companies who care!Thanks Again!

This was exactly what I was looking for. The shower is fantastic I don’t want to get out. My husband is over 6 foot and we didn’t have any issues with his height. The quality is great all metal. It was so easy to install I even bought off amazon a brushed gold wall pipe and the color match perfect. My older shower has a new life.

If you are trying to save some money over more expensive brands this one will definitely fit into your budget. Right out of the box you will notice a pretty descent quality of the product. I really do like the main shower head - very powerful water flow (do not install those water saving gaskets they provide please or you won't feel how awesome the water flow is) and feels just amazing and relaxing after a long working day. The hand held shower handle is just ok. I use it mostly for splashing my shower cabinet after showering so it won't leave any soapy residue after all. In about a year or a bit more the top cover of the handle fall apart but it was an easy fix by adding some glue and putting it back in place. Overall I would definitely recommend it.

10/10 best shower head I’ve ever purchased! We moved into a new house, and we NEEDED to change the old shower head. The installation was very simple and took about 5 minutes. (And it’s rental friendly, which was a huge plus). The water pressure was incredible and such a great shower experience. I may order another to put in our spare bathroom for guests!

Product is made of quality metal except, of course, for the rubber gaskets and tiny rubber nipples where the water comes out. No plastic components like the cheap shower heads.Instructions are easy to follow. Take note of the flow restrictor(s) that came pre-installed. It is like a metal mesh. You can remove this if you like a stronger stream coming out of the shower head.I expect this to last a long time. And the best thing -- wife is very happy after using the shower. That alone is worth the price!

Great shower head. Gives the expensive look and works and feels great while showering. For a bigger build person, you might want a larger head. The handheld is a bit small but very comfortable to use and has good pressure. The hose is long which is great for washing the tub.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the packaging that this is all metal construction, very high quality materials. Installation is also easy and there are clearly written instructions included. Performance is outstanding as well. Im very pleased with this purchase.

After shopping around for awhile and being uncertain toward other models due to reviews stating they dont last and are of poor quality, I decide to give this one a try despite it being a little more expensive. But everything is great so far! Seems solid and all metal. Hand held is small but does the trick. Love it the rainfall effect. My only regret now is not going for a 10 or 12 inch model!!

Bought the shower head so it had the extra hand head so we could wash the dog with the hand held. Great looking shower head. Works well. Would recommend.

Really like the pressure of this shower. Works well & easy to use the secondary hand held shower.Only complaint is that it seems like a piece is missing from the hand held part… it doesn’t fit in the holder very securely & I’m afraid it’ll fall off if bumped (see photo)

The brushed nickel look matches what we have already existing. The little adjusting knobs on the side of the shower head aren't the nicest for appearance but i installed them on the side of the shower head thats least visible. I removed the water flow restrictors in the head and handle so the water pressure is greater. The whole thing is a great purchase.
