First reason I bought it was because of the price and when compared to similar products, it was the lowest. Of course you all know, lowest price doesn't always dictate better. However I am more than pleased with not only the price but of the qualilty of the product and ease of installation.What surprised me though about this was that it uses the "Smart Life" app. That was a big plus for me because I have several other devices that use that particular app, so it was more than just easy for me to set up. It was a piece of cake.After installation, I tested it out (unlock/lock with finger prints, remotely with app) and it works flawlessly. I highly recommend this door lock.

I was excited to upgrade to a fingerprint-activated doorknob for added security and convenience. When it works, it's great—about 80% of the time, it reads my fingerprint correctly and unlocks the door seamlessly. However, there are times when it doesn't read my fingerprint at all, requiring multiple attempts. Occasionally, it even recognizes my fingerprint but the doorknob itself won't open. These hiccups can be frustrating, especially when I'm in a hurry. While I appreciate the technology and the ease it offers when functioning properly, the inconsistency keeps it from being a perfect solution. Hopefully, future updates or models will address these issues.

I replaced a keyed door knob with the KLLOQUE biometric door lock for securing items without needing a key. The install went very smoothly, instructions were excellent. Connected my iPhone via app to the knob, trained our prints, and wha-la, worked great! Have only needed to recharge once in 4 months. Makes access so much easier without having to remember the key. Solidly build, would recommend.

I Love this lock it so convenient to keep your office secure from kids. Easy to open with the fingerprint and you can also let anyone open the door with the app. Easy to charge from the usb-c cable. good value for the money. it also fits most doors as well.

I've had this since September and honestly, it's been solid. I use it for the basement to keep the kids out and only myself and my wife have access and it's great. Sometimes it doesn't read our fingerprint but it's very rare. Battery last a really long time and I've only had to charge it twice in 6 months. That's from a minimal 5 days a week about a dozen times using it per day. I would recommend this to anyone.

I bought this new smart knob because my last one had started having issues. This new smart knob is very nice. I like the quality of the knob. When unlocking the knob it isn’t very loud nor very quiet. It was incredibly easy for me to install, no need for a second person. App is super easy to use as well so no issues with it. Fingerprint is very quick and easy to use, and set up. Although there is two things I do have issues with. The first thing is that sometimes when I unlock the knob, it doesn’t open. I have to wait to be able to unlock it the second time. The second thing is the battery. I’ll have it charging over night but the battery doesn’t go up. It stays in between 36 and 40 percent. Besides those two issues, I do enjoy having this door knob.
