Open the card slot
Before installing the SD card, push it in the direction indicated by the arrow to open the card slot.

First of all, these are hinge type slots. Like on your super old smart phone.You don't insert the sd card. You slide the metal part of the card holder to the left or right to lock/unlock the clasp. Then you place your sd card in the cut out area and place the clasp back and slide it the opposite way to lock it in place.Fast shipping. Got here much faster than the iflash devices. I am also a very big fan of the small footprint of the device. Its very easy to use any size battery you want with this device. (I have only tested a 3000mah, but the 3500mah should work as well).Haven't had any time yet for a long term review. But if there are any issues with this device, I will make sure to update this review.Paired with 2x Samsung EVO 256gb cards. Used in an iPod 5.5g.

I bought this for my Ipod i'm modding.Everything is working good, I used a 400gb sandisk microsd card.FYI if anyone is having skipping issue and they are using Rockbox, try transferring your music files in the stock ipod OS then restart back to Rockbox.

I was excited to use a low profile interface for my modded iPod. However I was disappointed when I received weird errors and they weren't due to user negligence. The memory card is held in by a metal latched door, and one of the two sd cards hingers were disconnected. I fiddled with it and got it to close. I switched to an iflash quad using the same micro sd cards and my problems were resolved. Using this thing, it said battery very low and boot looped. So, no thank you.

This product works as intended but you should know. The sd card slot trays open like old SIM card holders. They slide open and lock closed. Arrows on the holders.

The primary reason i bought this was because i wanted the shorter form factor over the tarkan iflash. Sadly the form factor difference became immediately irrelevant as it corrupted two sd cards and bricked a third card. Luckily the damage was localized only to the cards but it was a massive inconvinience needing to do so many trials and card formats, only for it to waste my time and money. Just get the iflash and an appropriate battery that doesnt conflict with the tolerances.

I buy this together with 2 SanDisk 128G MicroSD Card. all from Amaron. As the instruction from this product page, I format 2 cards by PC in exFAT format, however, when I insert 2 cards, the screen of my iPod 5th shows a crying face to me... and indicate battery low. After I remove 1 card from slot 2, only keep 1 card in slot 1; iPod come to live, can be recognized by iTunes. after proper operation, works OK. so... 2 star, not recommend. my iPod is originally iPod 5th Video, 80G.

This adapter does not work. Unlike the picture shown, the micro sd card does not get in all the way. As it is a tight fit inside ipod classic (mine is a 160G model), it does not fit with sd card inside.

Funcionó perfectamente para un ipod Classic de 6ta Generación. Los materiales se ven de muy buena calidad.Anteriormente compre otra pero se veia de baja calidad y a parte no funcionó, la tuve que devolver. Y fue que pedi esta y quedé muy complacido con los resultados.Nota: Solo verifiquen que microSD es la que tiene que comprar, no todas funcionan. Verifiquen la documentación de iFlash.

Funciona en un Ipod video, aunque sólo le instale una tarjeta micro SD, no he probado si funciona con dos.

Desde que lo instalé con una micro sd sandisk de 64gb y encendà el ipod, no lo reconoció, lo tuve que devolver el mismo dÃa que me llegó.
