I have to admit, when I first saw this cover, I was a little concerned...wondering how it could possibly work. Well, I was wrong. So I love the feel of the cloth covering. Also, surprisingly, it really works. It holds the Kindle in landscape or portrait position really well. It also wakes it up when I lift the cover and it has so far protected my tablet really well. I am very pleased and happy also with the appearance and feel. I would highly recommend it.

This case is super durable and easy to install. It works amazing with my tablet and allows me to read easily with the stand feature. I like that it has several color options to choose from as well. The best part is that it is not super bulky and offers a level of protection to my tablet. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with a fire tablet.

This has been the best purchase I've made all year. I'm an avid reader and go through about 6 books a month and I bought this to use as an Ereader. The form factor is perfect, while kindle-type devices tend to be a bit square-ish this tablet is the exact size of a medium sized book and feels great to hold while reading. This tablet is also a fair bit cheaper than most dedicated Ereader devices even with the ad removal purchase factored in. The battery lasts several days on a single charge and since I only use this to read books I only have to charge the device every 1-2 weeks and it's great not to have to worry about it if I'm out for a couple days. In terms of how it saves me money, I read a lot of older out-of-print novels and tracking them down in paper can be time consuming and occasionally very expensive for some rarer publications. While I still prefer paper books, having access to a good device to read ebooks on has saved me a lot of money since It allows me to buy them for very close to their original print price and enjoy stories without having to try my luck tracking them down at used bookstores.

I have used various generations of this tablet cover/stand for other Fire HDs I've had over the years. They work very nicely in both horizontal and vertical positions. One problem - which could easily be fixed - is that when placed on a smooth surface - glass, wood, marble - they slip. The edges of the cover are smooth, and cannot grip when the cover is used as a stand. I have to put a towel or potholder or other rough surface underneath. Also, the main hinge tends to wear out and go flabby over time, also causing slippage. This happens because I use my Fire HD every day. Overall, the. cover/stand works well and is cheap enough for you to buy a new one.

The color of this is absolutely beautiful! I love looking at it. It also has a nice texture.It is nice and sturdy and the magnet that holds it up is strong. I am ver pleased twitch this purchase.

Nach einem Fehlkauf - hatte zuerst ein billigeres, aber leider schlechtes Modell gefunden - bin ich hiermit sehr zufrieden. Nicht nur hübsch anzusehen, die Hülle passt auch perfekt und drückt nirgends drauf, wo sie nicht soll, außerdem wird auch das Bild dunkel, wenn man sie zuklappt. Nicht ganz billig, aber ich bereue nichts. ;)
