The NP-F550 Battery Kit is a great supplement for individuals who use larger External V-Mount Batteries, because of the NP-F550 Batteries’ versatility from being smaller (compared to larger External V-Mount Batteries) but still having the battery-power to power the same devices.For example, I use the NP-F550 Batteries to power the Hollyland Mars 400 wireless kit when I can’t use a larger External V-Mount Battery and the smaller NP-F550 battery does a good job powering the Hollyland Mars 400 wireless kit for a long period of time.Furthermore, the NP-F550 is powerful enough to also serve as “stand-alone†batteries in numerous applications where an External V-Mount Battery may not be ideal for certain users.Nevertheless, buying this particular NP-F550 battery kit with the battery-charger is a great choice if you’re planning to purchase more individual NP-F550 batteries in the near future.NOTE: I haven’t tested the battery-charger to verify if it can properly charge other NP-F battery sizes like the NP-F975, NP-F970, NP-F960, and so on. But, the only difference I can quickly see is the back-end size of batteries, in which all of the NP-F batteries appear to have identical “front plates†where the NP-F batteries attach to devices.NOTE2: I chose the NP-F550 over larger NP-F batteries because of its smaller size allows me to attach the batteries onto the Hollyland Mars 400 wireless devices without the setup being to heavy and also, the smaller size of the NP-F550 allows me to use these particular batteries on an AC’s Follow Focus rig or a Director’s rig without adding any additional (unnecessary) weight to the different rig-setups (while maintaining good battery life and battery power).

This product did what it was claimed to do. Battery life was about Teo hours per charge. Would recommend the product

I had not used my camcorder in several years and the batteries could no longer be charged. Previously I had only the camcorder for recharging. Now, I have two new batteries as well as a separate charger that does not tie up the camcorder for battery charging.Batteries and charger work well.

I purchased this because I Am an active videographer I thought it would ease the access for fresh batteries to be able to recharge 2 at a time however the batteries would not charge on the double charger as advertised! Luckily the previous single charger I have did so it wasn’t a total loss, because at least the batteries did charge!

Las baterias son un poco más grandes que las originales de sony necesitas lijar bastante de la cobertura plástica para qur puedan ser usadas en un aparato original. Por lo demás funcionando bien
