I didn’t need a huge quantity so was happy that I could order a pack of 5. This was exactly what I needed for my women’s breakfast! I was ecstatic that it holds both hot and cold as well! Great quality, great product!

I think one reviewer had issues because there was no zipper or way to reseal the inner bag. These do not come with instructions but I will 100% say that once you figure it out, they're fantastic, easy to use, and keep hot liquids hot for 4 hours or possibly longer.To fill these, put the box together but before you close it, "fluff out" the bag on the inside. To fill it, unscrew the dispenser cover, put the container on end, stick in a funnel, and pour in liquid. You want help to hold the funnel and you may wanna put the box in the sink for any spills. Also, go slow on filling it because it burped a couple of times when putting in hot chocolate but fortunately I have quick reflexes so no harm done.Definitely would buy these again.

These boxes are hit or miss! We cross our fingers when attempting to fill the internal bag. If we're lucky the coffee flows nicely into the bag. Yippee! However, if the coffee doesn't flow nicely inside because the bag is stuck together like glue then we are doomed! Box wasted and gone to the dump!

These work great for people on the go who want to take coffee to a hotel or party on the beach.
