Perfect fit for 2016 Honda CR-V, EX. NO motor wires for mirror on this model. Dealer wanted $100+ for same item.

I watched the video and got both driver and passenger mirrors removed and replaced within 15 minutes! It was easier to pop the news ones into place after they warmed in the sun so the plastic clips were more mallable.

Replaced my right side mirror completely, and no problem with heating in the winter. It is important to ensure that all the snaps are snapped back into position firmly -- the top 2 are easy to snap into position, but the bottom 2 required a lot of effort. I drove around including city streets and high way with only the top 2 in place, and there was no danger of the mirror falling, but it just felt not as secure. Once all 4 snaps were in place, it was perfect
