Really good fabric and worked great for our flagpole. The flag has held up well in strong winds.

Rope is very poor quality as it will not last 2 years. I would not recommend this product.Our first rope with the flag pole lasted 12 years before we replaced it.

The lanyard is very durable. I lived next to salt water where the wind was an issue. The lanyard help up well. It appears the salt water affected the hooks which froze up after a month. The metal is just okay and susceptible to the environment especially near salt water. They will be fine if you use them daily or every few days. otherwise they will freeze up and corrode.

The rope is like a bunch of nylon threads that are coated with some sort of substance that when cured make it look like braided nylon rope but is actually a very cheap imitation. All the coating has fallen off and now I just have a bunch of loose nylon strands. This is a total ripoff. I will take pictures and post later.Updated on 9/26/24While replacing the crappy rope with a good one the mess you see in the picture above got tangled up in the pulley causing me to get a ladder and risk my body to get it untangled.Don't buy this rope.
