Q：The candle does not work.
A：Action：
(1) Insert 2C batteries and make sure the positive and negative terminals installed correctly.

Q：The wick of the candle does not move.
A：The wick might be in static electricity.

Q：Why the remote control does not function when pressed?

A: (1) If you press the timer button on the remote control (2/4/6/8/10/12), the candles will follow the principle of being later than the previous command. (for example, when you press 4 and then you press 2 unconsciously, the order will follow 2, the later one)
If the timer is already active and the timer button is pressed again, the candles will start a new timer.
(2) If you press the bottom switch to "On," the candles will reopen, and the timer will be canceled.

I thought the other $$ brand was amazing until I found this brand. The flame is 3d, made out of a silicone with different colors that resemble a true coloring of a flame. The flame is also a true flickering movement. Very happy with this new type of flickering flameless candle..

Functions well, flickers nicely although we know it’s not real. It looks and feels like real wax. The remote works well with options to turn off after different times. I wish they made them 2 inches shorter but the same diameter since they sit a little bit too high in the hurricanes that I have that are variable heights.

This product warrants a review! Super realistic. Candle has wax outer sides so it looks and feels like a real candle. The “flame†is super realistic and has a slight movement to it as well as a subtle flicker. From 2 feet away you would think it was a real candle!! Five stars! Buying a second one.

This candle is more realistic than I expected. It is the perfect size to put my hurricane glass over it with greenery around it. It has kept its schedule of turning on and has been working for over a month on the same batteries so far. Unless you really examine the wick, it is really realistic. I will definitely recommend this candle to others and buy more in the future.

Wrongly assumed form the picture that this was a set, not one candle. Way way too much for one candle. Never tried it, just returned it right away.
