These filters are high quality, if you have a coolant filter on your 6 liter, or any other vehicle, I highly recommend you use these filters over the wix, the wix rust internally very quickly, I haven't had any of these rust on me.

I use these filters on my 6.0 with the Sinister Coolant Filter. These work great and the best part is that they don't rust. You have to be very careful with what brand coolant filter you install. I used to use the brand that came with the kit, W I X, and the inside of the filter would always be rusted. These filters don't rust or at least none of the ones I have changed out have.I usually change these whenever I do my fuel filters.

I bought another one just in case and it fit this one did not. All the other 5 fleetguard fit perfectly.

I had always wanted to add a coolant filter to my Ford 7.3 IDI engine, and these looked like a good candidate, so I bought four of them. The first one will usually plug up quickly, then the second one not long after, then you may be able to get by on the third for a fair while. That was what happened with me; they cleaned up my coolant system quickly, but you have to sacrifice one or two filters to get started.
