I never owned a Flex tool before. I regret not buying them sooner. You can tell from the moment you have the drill driver or impact driver in your hand, they are a good, solid build. Great craftsmanship! The battery lasts for hours. I have yet to come across a screw or lag bolt that I couldn't drive in and sink. I wish I would've bought them sooner. I have no doubt that these Flex tools will last for a long time. I'll definitely be buying more tools from this brand.

I have been getting more and more into woodworking over the years and these may be my favorite drill/driver set I've gotten up to this point. Keeps up with dewalt and milwaukee. I got the set on sale for $99 and its the best price to performance I've found.

I was a devoted DeWalt user. Until I tried these.Lots of torque. Quick charging, very sturdy. I'm going to buy flex tools from now on to replace all my DeWalt, Makita, and Kobalt tools.I only wish they were not grey/black. They tend to blend into the job site vs my bright yellow DeWalts.

These have got the be the best drill/impact driver set I have ever owned the quality is way better then other name brands nice quality feel to them super light weight and the most value for your money you will get and the grey color scheme works with any color tool box you have 5 stars

So I finally own my own home and I wanted to buy a forever drill set. I first tried the metabo drill set. Powerful set. So powerful, the drills felt unbalanced and hard to control for a female. But very light weight and again, can do the job. However my bit kept falling out of the drill driver. I returned them.By the time I returned the product, they were no longer on sale so I figured I’d upgrade to the Ework set. Big mistake. Once the drills arrived, I put them to immediate use. I loved them. They were a little heavier but that’s because they had bigger batteries. However I encountered the same issue. Drill bit kept falling out even though the EWork drills clicked nicely and I knew the chuck was locked. It got worse, the reverse clutch on the impact driver kept shorting out. It made me wonder if Amazon sent me a used set. I returned them promptly. Also, the handles on the Ework were very short. No way a guy my fathers size could comfortably hold this drill set for a prolonged period of time.I waited a few days until the Flex went on sale. I said to myself, 3rd time is a charm. This will be the set. As soon as they arrived I opened the box. What I found was horrifying. Amazon sent me a used drill set that someone had opened, used, and returned. All the zip locked bags were not sealed. I don’t even know if I received what I was supposed to. But I was going to remain positive. I plugged the battery packs in to charge. The first battery pack began to charge. I heard a funny noise. I went over to see what it was. It was the charger which was blinking ERROR. after 5 min, another light starts blinking HIGH TEMPERATURE. I plug the next battery pack in, it starts blinking ERROR. I stopped it before it could get the HIGH TEMPERATURE light because I didn’t want to burn down my house.I am so disgusted, more so at AMAZON. I was sold 3 bum drill sets. That’s bad luck or is something else happening. I am 100% positive they sold me a used set for full retail value and I am 90% sure they sold me the Ework set used too.Do not buy drills from AMAZON. PERIOD. Go to Lowe’s or Home Depot. They definitely are re-selling returned products as new products. I buy most everything from Amazon and I’ve never encountered this problem before but it’s unacceptable.I plan to contact Flex directly to resolve this issue because I do like the drills. They are heavy as hell though. The handles are awesome. Best grips out of the bunch. Plenty roomie and comfortable.Let’s see if Flex will send me a new set because I do not trust Amazon to get their stuff straight at this juncture. And I paid for a new set. I’m not a happy camper.

This is a great deal and I love these tools they are so much better than the DeWalt tools that I had before
