This paddle works well, but is for thinner batters, not dough.

Well made one piece easy to clean. Tried with a sugar cookie recipe and it scraped the sides quite well. Realized it works best for a thinner consistency batter however or maybe for folding in some ingredients lightly but pleased with purchase.
