It does what it's suppose to do. Keep the cord up out of the way. Easy to install. You have to decide where to place it for max benefit. Can be used for left or right handed folks.

The entire metal rod of this cord holder is study and made of spring steel. And the clamp easily attaches it to an ironing board or another solid surface.

This works well to hold your iron cord while you iron. It stays attached to your ironing board. I have tried others but they would fall off as soon as you put any pressure on them. Not so with this one. It withstands tugging on the cord lightly while ironing. If you are "old fashioned" like me and still own an iron and do a lot of ironing this is a good helper to keep your iron cord out of the way while ironing.

This cord holder is a big improvement over my prior one. Yes, as one reviewer noted, the arm is a little shorter at about 13" in height, but it's more than adequate to keep the cord out of the way when I'm ironing. What I like most are the secure positions. There are notches to keep the cord holder standing erect and to keep it folded against the ironing board when not in use. This holder doesn't flop over and move around like my old one. I recommend it.

Not sure if I am using it correctly, but it seems to work ok. No instructions on how to thread the cord through it. I just thread the cord through the top loop. It didn;t work at the side of the ironing board, it just floped down with the slightest pressure. I put it at the end of the board and it worked ok.

I really like this product and highly recommend it. I was frustrated with my old iron and thought I should probably just buy a new one that is cordless. But then I came across this thing and thought I would give it a try. It's wonderful! And now I no longer care to buy a new iron. My old iron is fine. And this will save me a lot of money. :)

Well made and sturdy, the clamp on the bottom did not open wide enough for the table. I also thought that the pole was not long enough for me. All in all it is nice.

The clamp works, including on a felt pad over your ironing board, and the upper cord guide works nicely with the steam iron connection to the base. Happy!
